Job summary

The Novo Nordisk Foundation is offering a four-to-five month internship in its Global Partnerships team, starting in spring 2027. You will map decision-making processes for strategic co-funding partnerships and develop a practical toolkit with templates and checklists for governance and leadership forums.

You will also deliver a leadership briefing and incorporate team feedback to ensure the playbook remains usable beyond the internship, gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme at a Danish university.
• Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
• Experience conducting desk research and translating information into practical guidance.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable using Copilot.
• Proficiency in English; Danish not required.

Responsibilities

• Map internal decision-making and approval processes for strategic co-funding partnerships.
• Draft a co-funding partnership playbook with templates and checklists.
• Deliver a presentation summarising the process map and toolkit for leadership.
• Incorporate feedback to ensure the playbook is usable beyond the internship.
