Job summary

Danish Refugee Council is seeking an Executive Director for People & Organisation to shape global strategy, develop leadership and strengthen culture across headquarters and field operations. Based in Copenhagen, you will lead a senior team and partner with the Executive Management Team to enable DRC’s mission with robust governance and safeguarding.

Applicants should bring 10+ years of senior international leadership, a Master’s degree, and fluency in English; French/Spanish/Arabic and Danish

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in global organisations.
• Strong track record in shaping people strategy and leading transformation across international operations.
• Experience in organisational development, renewal and design of operating models.
