Job summary

The LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Head of Hardlines, Licensing & Extended Line to define and lead the future strategy for the Hardlines licensed business. You will build a robust category roadmap, grow the product portfolio, and drive partnerships that extend the LEGO brand globally.

Lead a small team, collaborate with product development, creative and commercial functions, and contribute to the Licensing & Extended Line Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound licensing with hardlines focus.
• Experience translating objectives into commercial results.
• Experience growing premium brands through licensing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Hardlines strategy and category roadmap.
• Grow and optimize the Hardlines portfolio through portfolio management.
• Own key licensing partner relationships for long-term success.
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality product assortments.
• Expand presence across priority markets and retail partners.
• Establish and develop a newly formed Hardlines team.
