IFS is seeking a seasoned AI Optimization GTM Lead to orchestrate the go-to-market for PSO, MSO and WISE. You will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define the portfolio narrative, packaging, and monetisation strategies.

This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and hands-on execution across a global enterprise software portfolio. You'll drive pipeline growth, lead strategic deals, and build repeatable GTM motions to boost revenue and market

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing global GTM strategies for enterprise software products.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing strategic opportunities.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and translating them into commercial propositions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global GTM strategy for PSO, MSO, and WISE.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to drive pipeline.
• Develop repeatable GTM motions to accelerate revenue growth.
• Lead strategic deals and engage with executive stakeholders.
