Agoda is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to steer global marketing investments with P&L ownership. You will define the global market strategy, own LTV frameworks, and guide a high-performing team to outperform in a fast-paced travel market.

Use machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize pricing and loyalty across channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, Product, Finance and Supply to align initiatives and forecast market shifts, ensuring long-term profitability

Qualifikationen

• Analytical rigor translating data into strategy.
• Strong revenue management, forecasting, pricing, or growth equity background.
• Strategic growth planning for a global, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ML concepts and working with engineers/data scientists.

Aufgaben

• Drive marketing investment strategies to meet P&L targets, balancing short-term volume with long-term margin.
• Define Agoda’s global growth roadmap and respond to market opportunities in real time.
• Coordinate marketing spend across digital channels for a cohesive global footprint.
• Own and refine Lifetime Value definitions with data science and use insights to shift to high-value customers.
• Lead forecasting and modeling to predict market shifts and adjust investment levels.
• Serve as liaison between Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Product, Finance and Supply.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts with a culture of rigorous experimentation.
