Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Director of Organizational Performance to partner with senior leaders and drive scalable performance and talent initiatives globally. You will lead calibration cycles, succession planning, and talent reviews, while translating analytics into actionable strategy across departments.

You will mentor a growing team, collaborate with cross-functional partners in HR and business, and shape the org’s future through data-driven insights and robust governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in internal HR partnering, talent management, and organizational consulting in large organizations.
• Business acumen; understands org structures and execution.
• Experience implementing performance management platforms and processes in tech environments.
• Strong data sense and ability to translate analytics for stakeholders.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and People Team to drive performance management and talent programs.
• Manage calibration, talent reviews, performance reviews, and succession planning at scale.
• Analyze performance and org data to recommend improvements and drive execution.
• Lead a team to deliver platforms and programs across Agoda.
• Represent the People Team in leadership forums and cross-brand initiatives.
• Mentor and develop professionals within the People function.
• Translate analytics into updates that shape strategy and measure impact.
