Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO).
• Experience optimizing marketing campaigns toward ROI/profitability targets.
• Leadership experience with stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Set overall marketing strategy and influence ROI targets; optimize investment levels.
• Guide team on channel strategies and ensure execution excellence.
• Lead large, multi-workstream initiatives end-to-end.
• Present quarterly business reviews to Agoda leadership.
