Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in business development and/or project management in multinational FMCG.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and how we can adjust our strategies to fit their needs.
• Excellent project management with cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across global teams.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics tools.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel 10–15%.

• Lead category development strategies for next generation products and assess market trends.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions.
