Job summary

Svitzer is seeking a Group Financial Controller to join our Copenhagen-based Group Finance team. You will drive high-quality financial reporting, consolidation and governance across our regions, collaborating with the Global Business Services center in Poland.

The role emphasizes sustainability compliance, IFRS reporting, and continuous improvement of finance processes, with ownership of OneStream and close partnership with senior stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience with consolidated financial reporting and controlling.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Interest in sustainability reporting and compliance.
• Proficient with finance-related IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly financial controlling of Svitzer Group's performance and prepare consolidated analyses.
• Support governance by updating manuals, SOPs and coordinating audits.
• Act as a finance partner, advising on reporting, IFRS and sustainability matters.
