Job summary

Opoura invites a detail‑oriented Junior Controller to join our Silkeborg HQ and support hands‑on financial administration across our international energy technology group. You will engage in month‑end activities, reconciliations, and coordination with global entities, helping ensure accurate and timely financial information.

You will work closely with our Chief Accountant and external partners, gaining insight into group finance, intercompany processes, and the practical work of streamlining

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting or financial administration experience.
• Familiarity with month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Experience with international entities and intercompany processes.
• Proficiency in Danish and English.
• Experience with ERP and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, expenses, bank transactions, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Contribute to month-end closing, including accruals, reconciliations, documentation, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate financial information from international entities and follow up on deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions between the parent company and its subsidiaries.
• Prepare financial data, schedules, and basic analyses for management reporting and decision-making.
• Help maintain effective controls and work with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisers when needed.
