FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Denmark seeks a Global Business Finance Manager to own operational objectives, set policy, and guide financial decision-making impacting multiple areas of the business. You will lead cross-functional teams and partner with senior leadership to drive strategy and execution from planning through delivery.

Based at our Hillerød site, this role requires 10+ years of experience, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a track record in biotech

• Academic degree in a related field; emphasis in life science or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance/business roles.

Help shape strategy, drive execution, and lead high-impact initiatives across a dynamic organization. We're seeking a Global Business Finance Manager to own operational objectives, set policy, lead cross-functional teams, and guide financial decision-making that impacts multiple areas of the business.

What You'll Do

• Establish and operationalize objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans; delegate and develop your team for execution excellence.
• Develop, modify, and implement company policies that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide impact.
• Own and manage the department budget with broad influence on the business segment; ensure financial discipline and transparency.
• Tackle ambiguous, complex problems requiring conceptual thinking and deep understanding of organizational goals.
• Define methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results; lead larger, multi-area projects from strategy through delivery.
• Anticipate risks—understand that poor decisions can critically delay operations; make choices that drive short-term (sub-1 year) impact.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders; influence outcomes in sensitive situations while preserving strong relationships.
• Lead and manage two or more disciplines or a department; oversee experienced professionals and/or subordinate managers.
• Coach teams on moderately complex matters and sponsor new approaches to solve company-wide challenges.
• Foster a high-performance, fast-paced, and change-ready environment aligned to project-driven work.

Qualifications

• Academic Degree in a related field required; emphasis in life science or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing, leading, and developing people.
• Experience in biotech/pharma preferred.
• Proven success in fast-paced, changing, project-driven organizations.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions amid ambiguity.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels (including senior leadership).
• High integrity and sound judgment under ambiguity
• Global/multisite experience and time-zone collaboration
