FLBD FUJIFILM Life Sciences Biotechnologies Denmark ApS is seeking a Student Assistant for the QC Raw Materials team in Hillerød. You will support the internal laboratory, assist with data from external contract labs, and take on varied tasks aligned with your current skills while gaining hands-on GMP‑compliant experience.

The role focuses on learning laboratory work, regulatory and pharmacopeial requirements, and the daily life in a fast-developing CDMO.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme at a Danish university within natural science.
• Interested in working in a GMP environment with a strong focus on analytical results.
• Ability to follow documented processes consistently.
• Ability to manage several routine tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Commitment to learning, teamwork, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Average commitment of 15 hours per week and flexible scheduling around exams.

Job description

Would you like to be working in a team that is part of keeping our production running? QC Raw Materials ensures all materials used in our production at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Hillerød have been thoroughly analysed and are compliant with our standards by delivering stable, efficient, and compliant analytical results. As a Student Assistant in QC Raw Materials, you will support our team in a multitude of ways, by assisting our internal laboratory, our handling of analytical data from external contract laboratories and more, depending on your profile and existing skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a GMP‑compliant QC department, while developing knowledge of laboratory work, regulatory and pharmacopeial requirements, and the work life in a fast‑developing CDMO.

What you’ll do

• Support our internal laboratory: Equipment maintenance, reagent preparation, handling of chemicals, and testing support.
• Data collection from external contract laboratories to be entered and reviewed.
• Various ad hoc tasks depending on your current skillset and interests.

Practicalities

We expect an average commitment of 15 hours per week.

We are flexible and will strive to plan your hours around your study schedule and exam periods in the best way possible.

Start date will preferably be the 1st of December.

Our office is located at the Manufacturing site in Hillerød, Denmark, which brings together a complete range of expertise, capabilities, and technologies to manufacture advanced biologics.
