Job summary

Interacoustics, part of Demant Diagnostics, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial performance, governance, and reporting while partnering with Sales, R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Group Finance to drive growth.

Reporting to the President, you will manage a small finance function, develop the team, and deliver insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in Finance, Financial Controlling, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Accounting.
Solid expertise in financial accounting, statutory reporting, annual reports, and external audits.

Responsibilities

Provide financial insights that improve growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
Own integrity of financial accounting and statutory reporting, manage year-end closings and statutory annual report.
Lead, coach, and develop the local Accountant and build a high-performing Finance function.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to increase transparency and accelerate decision-making.
