Job summary

Maersk Training is seeking a Finance Controller based in Svendborg, Denmark. You will join the central finance function and report to the CFO, driving group-wide financial controlling, ad-hoc analyses, and continuous improvement in collaboration with regional Finance Managers and the Chennai SSC.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in finance controlling.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, performance management, and cash flow.
• Experience from an international, multi-entity organisation is an advantage.
• Solid insight into ERP and preferably Business Central.
• Experience with process optimizations and efficiency gains in finance.

Responsibilities

• Group finance controlling and reporting across regions and entities.
• CFO support as a trusted sparring partner on analyses and business cases.
• Collaborate with HQ Finance Business Partnering and SSC to translate questions into robust analyses.
• Support master data improvements and process simplifications across finance workflows.
