Job summary

Maersk Training is seeking a Finance Controller to join our central finance function in Svendborg, Denmark. You will work closely with the CFO and regional Finance Managers, contributing to group-wide financial controlling, reporting, and analytics across entities.

In this role you will drive process improvements, support budget and forecasting cycles, and partner with our SSC in Chennai to align master data and finance processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in finance controlling and/or 2-4 years as auditor.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, performance management and cash flow.
• Experience from an international, multi-entity organization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Group finance controlling and month-end/annual close across entities.
• Support CFO with ad-hoc analyses, business cases and management material.
• Collaborate with HQ Finance Business Partnering to support forecasting and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with Finance Shared Service Center (Chennai) on Master Data and process alignment.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency gains across finance processes.
