Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience from Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry, including Field Medical, MSL or Field Medical Excellence, and expertise in KPIs, metrics and impact reporting.
• Experience with Medical CRM systems and AI-enabled tools to translate priorities into measurable actions and reporting.
• Ability to develop and implement frameworks and processes across markets, with an enterprise mindset and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and evolving global Field Medical frameworks, processes and methodologies that support harmonized ways of working while allowing for compliant local adaptation.
• Defining, monitoring and interpreting Field Medical KPIs, activity metrics and impact measures, turning data and insights into leadership-ready reporting and recommendations.
• Strengthening Medical CRM and related digital capabilities, with a focus on data quality, reporting, workflows, adoption and connectivity across Field Medical processes, measures and systems.
• Leading complex cross-market initiatives and supporting the adoption of new processes, tools and data-driven ways of working through practical guidance, playbooks, workshops, training and other scalable enablement approaches.
