The Novo Nordisk Foundation is seeking a structured and enthusiastic Project Specialist to develop, coordinate, and execute impactful events. This 1-year parental cover position involves multi-day conferences, evening events, and working across time zones, primarily at the office in Hellerup.

You will lead event conception, preparation of materials, and collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and speakers to deliver strategic events for scientists and decision-makers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in natural sciences, health, communication or international business.
• Proven experience with planning, administering, and executing events in academia or scientific settings.
• Ability to develop or optimise event concepts.
• Strong collaboration and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and professionalism.
