Job summary

Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) invites applications for a Project Assistant to support our Dalux team in Virum. You will provide administrative Dalux support throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality pharma engineering solutions.

This is a 6-month temporary position, primarily on-site, with the opportunity to contribute to project management activities and continue learning in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in administration or project support.
• Proficiency in Dalux administration and daily operations.
• Excellent written and spoken Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Dalux administration and support daily operations.
• Provide general project administration from start to handover, including presentations and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient collaboration.
• Develop best practices and conduct relevant training for the organisation.
• Support strategic initiatives within Portfolio & Project Management and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
