Job summary

Novo Nordisk Foundation in Hellerup seeks a structured Project Specialist to develop, coordinate, and execute impactful events for the foundation. This is a 1-year parental cover position starting January 2027 and involves multi-day conferences, evening events, and coordinating with teams across time zones.

You will work with the Events team and programmatic colleagues across Health, Planetary Health and Technology to deliver events for scientists, decision makers and stakeholders, with Denmark

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in e.g., natural sciences, health, communication or international business.
• Experience planning, administrating, and executing events in academia or scientific environment.
• Ability to develop or optimise concepts for events.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, execute and support events within strategic areas of interest.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and vendors across venues.
• Prepare travel/ accommodation for speakers, budgets, and briefing materials.
• Support internal/external networks and ad hoc activities.
