Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel, Competition Law to advise on antitrust matters for global transactions and investigations. You will train on competition law compliance and support cross‑functional teams across the globe.

You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Research & Development, Product & Portfolio Strategy, and Global Legal, contributing to the legal team's development in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognized university and admitted to practice law.
• At least four years of relevant competition law experience.
• Experience advising on transactions and investigations and providing training.
• Ability to translate complex competition issues into practical advice.

Responsabilités

• Advise on antitrust and competition law aspects of M&A and strategic transactions.
• Provide practical competition law advice and develop and deliver compliance training.
• Collaborate on potential competition law investigations and litigation.
• Advise on and manage critical legal issues and coordinate with global Novo functions.
• Manage external counsel and coordinate competition law advice across jurisdictions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Global Legal and other HQ areas.
