Job summary

NOVENCO Building & Industry is seeking a Director of Project Execution to lead its project portfolio across Denmark and international markets. You will drive safe, profitable, contractually compliant delivery from handover to customer acceptance and satisfaction.

You will set the operational direction, governance, and capability roadmap for Project Execution, while guiding PMs and cross-functional teams through complex decisions and escalations to ensure alignment with commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in international HVAC, EPC, or industrial project delivery.
• Proven accountability for complex project portfolios (margin, cash, risk, forecasting).
• Strong financial and organizational judgement translating strategy into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Execution function across NOVENCO, ensuring safe, timely, profitable delivery.
• Set the operating model, governance, and capability road map for Project Execution.
• Own portfolio performance including revenue, gross margin, cash flow, and customer commitments.
• Lead and develop Project Managers and teams with clear priorities and coaching.
• Align Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and installation for shared delivery plans.
• Guide major customer escalations and commercial decisions within delegated authority.
