Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior Sustainability Manager, Decarbonising Logistics, to shape strategic opportunities with global customers and accelerate adoption of decarbonisation services.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration across commercial, operations and sustainability teams, translating ambitions into scalable, value‑driven solutions and partnerships. The role offers significant international exposure and a chance to influence a growing service portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in sustainability, decarbonisation, energy transition, consulting or related commercial services.
• Proven track record in business development, commercial propositions and customer engagement.
• Experience managing relationships with large enterprise customers, preferably in transport, logistics or consultancy.
• Ability to translate sustainability challenges into practical, scalable commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic accounts and partner with account owners to identify decarbonisation opportunities.
• Shape customer strategies and lead discussions on decarbonisation pathways and services.
• Build commercial propositions and support negotiations and business cases.
• Contribute to development and commercialisation of global decarbonisation services.
• Collaborate across borders to adapt offerings, roadmaps and execution strategies.
• Drive global scale of sustainability products and tools across divisions.
