Job summary

Milestone Hafnia is seeking a Data Partnerships Manager to lead strategy and execution for globally sourcing data partnerships in AI training use-cases. You will identify potential providers, negotiate agreements, and close deals that enable access to camera, sensor, or video data for model training.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure privacy and ethical sourcing, build relationships across sectors, and travel as needed to secure partnerships and manage data

Qualifications

• Must-have: proven track record in business development, partnerships, or data sourcing and licensing.
• Must-have: strong negotiation skills with executive and legal stakeholders.
• Must-have: experience with public sector or large private organizations.
• Must-have: ability to Structure deals from scratch without existing budgets.
• Must-have: working understanding of AI training data and privacy concerns.
• Nice-to-have: experience with video data, AI/computer vision, or data platforms.
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of EU AI Act and data governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the global data acquisition strategy and pipeline from prospecting through close.
• Build relationships with municipalities, enterprises, and infrastructure owners across sectors.
• Structure commercial and licensing agreements with legal and compliance teams.
• Ensure partnerships meet privacy, consent, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Represent Hafnia in strategic discussions with senior external stakeholders.
• Manage secure data transfer from clients to Milestone infrastructure.
• Travel to data providers to close contracts and oversee data transfer.
