Job summary

Milestone Systems in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to accelerate AI adoption by turning ideas into validated PoCs and working prototypes at the intersection of business and technology.

You will collaborate with solution architects, security and data teams to ensure scalable, secure AI solutions, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agent-based approaches, and to hand over validated work to production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Experience building solutions using RAG and/or agent-based systems.
• Experience developing AI prototypes or production-ready AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with security, governance, and compliance in enterprise environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• A curious mindset and pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivering value.
• Thrive in fast-moving environments with structure and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate AI PoCs and prototypes.
• Translate business challenges into measurable AI solutions.
• Define success criteria for value, feasibility, scalability, and adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to demonstrate value early.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, RAG, and agent-based AI.
• Design scalable architectures and reusable AI patterns.
• Integrate AI into enterprise systems and workflows.
• Ensure security and Responsible AI principles throughout experimentation.
• Identify risks early and plan mitigation; handover to delivery teams.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies.
