EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Service Operations Manager to oversee and lead operations across our UK and European Global Data Centres. You will drive continuous improvement, manage day-to-day onsite operations across multiple sites, and lead cross-functional teams through projects, with a focus on meeting SLAs and delivering high-quality service.

The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and data-driven decision-making across four locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global technical teams in data centre or operations environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in data centre and server operations initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and risk controls.
• Oversee stakeholder management with internal teams, vendors, and clients across multiple sites.
• Optimize resource allocation across projects and operations for efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Establish and monitor quality assurance measures to meet client SLAs and regulatory obligations.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise disruption.
• Prepare status reports and performance metrics for leadership and clients.
• Drive post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
