ROA Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major data centre construction programme on-site in collaboration with client, consultants and main contractor. You will take ownership of delivery, ensuring high standards, addressing issues early and maintaining rigorous progress across teams.

The role requires proven data centre construction experience, strong CSA/MEP knowledge, and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP systems.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience managing clients, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Exposure to procurement, RFPs, tendering, bidding and change management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working within international or culturally diverse project teams.
• A practical, collaborative approach to solving problems and driving delivery.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site leadership, monitoring progress, quality and safe working practices.
• Coordinate closely with the client, consultants and main contractor throughout project delivery.
• Lead snagging and close-out activities, including programme coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify delivery issues early and work collaboratively with the wider project team to resolve them.
• Implement and monitor key project processes and procedures.
• Lead and participate in project meetings, tracking progress, actions, risks and programme impacts.
• Build strong working relationships across client, contractor, consultant and vendor teams.
