Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Service Delivery Director (Data Centres) to lead global service delivery for a strategic customer environment. You will drive end-to-end data centre operations, ensure service levels, and foster executive partnerships across regions.

The role requires extensive leadership, deep technical knowledge of data centre infrastructure, and a proven track record in safety, compliance, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading technical operations and data centre environments.
• Experience managing large-scale, globally distributed teams.
• Strong customer-facing leadership in enterprise or managed services.
• Ability to balance customer satisfaction, operational performance, commercial outcomes, and safety.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global service delivery strategy for data centre operations.
• Lead end-to-end data centre services delivery including installations, break-fix operations, hardware refreshes, maintenance, migrations, and decommissioning.
• Act as the executive sponsor for service delivery and lead business reviews with customers.
• Champion safety, compliance, risk management, and incident response.
• Develop and mentor global teams across regions and functions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and supplier/governance for service delivery.
