Job summary

FOSS in Denmark is seeking a Global Support Specialist to be the go-to expert for FTIR and Flow Cytometry instrumentation in our Dairy Technical Product Management team.

Based in Hillerød, you will support global service teams, transform technical insights into practical knowledge, and contribute to training and service solutions. Travel about 20 days/year and remote/onsite support as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical background in electronics, mechanical engineering, instrumentation, or similar.
• Excellent English skills and clear communication.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation and technical support.
• Familiarity with LIMS, OPC UA, and/or food/agriculture industries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive service documentation.
• Develop and deliver training for the supported solutions.
• Develop preventive maintenance protocols and manage spare parts.
• Monitor product quality and address issues across service events.
• Collaborate with development teams and field service engineers.
