Job summary

Demant is transforming its global digital landscape and implementing Dynamics 365 CE across 25 countries. As a Functional Consultant, you will help shape the platform for Hearing Care, collaborating with product owners, architects and business stakeholders to deliver robust CRM solutions.

The role is based in Smørum with flexibility to work from home in line with company policy. You’ll join a large transformation program, travel 10–15 days annually, and grow into architecture or leadership roles

Qualifications

Practical experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Ability to deliver CRM implementations in complex environments.
Experience across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service or Contact Center.
Ability to map end-to-end business processes in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines is a plus.
Experience from global or multi-country implementations is beneficial.
Excellent collaboration and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into scalable design specifications and user stories.
Configure the platform using standard capabilities where possible.
Test, document, and demonstrate new functionality to stakeholders.
Keep up-to-date with Microsoft releases and ensure platform reliability and performance.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts and Solution Architects across markets.
Support onboarding of markets within a cross-functional team.
