Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Copenhagen is seeking a Customer Support Agent and Market Data Platform Specialist. You will handle inbound inquiries, support migrations, and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams across an international support network.

The role requires at least 3 years in customer-facing roles with fluent Danish and English. A hybrid work model applies, with office presence in Copenhagen three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer-facing roles.
• Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of financial markets and market data, real-time APIs.
• Ability to analyze needs and explain technical topics clearly.
• Self-driven, analytical and collaborative in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end customer and technical support across our product portfolio, handling requests from analysis to resolution.
• Maintain high service levels and communicate effectively through regular service calls.
• Coordinate migrations and changes, defining timelines with customers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and share feedback with stakeholders.
