Responsibilities

• Ensure vessels are manned in line with flag requirements and Maersk policies.
• Coordinate long-term planning for Senior Officers.
• Manage crew rotations and timely crew changes.
• Champion seafarer engagement and connect ship and shore.
• Cost-efficient execution of crew operations for a fleet of vessels.
• Adhere to performance standards and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate personnel and planning data across systems.
• Collaborate with Fleet Groups to meet vessel-specific needs.
• Support performance evaluation, promotions, and training recommendations.
• Work with Crewing teams in other locations to optimize manning.
• Be an ambassador for the crewing team.
