Job summary

Maersk A/S in Copenhagen seeks an experienced Marine Labour Relations Manager to lead investigations, develop processes, and ensure compliance for a global seafaring workforce. You will manage CBAs, wage scales, and regulatory adherence within a large Marine People & Culture team.

Based at Maersk’s Copenhagen offices, you will coordinate with global stakeholders to sustain a safe, inclusive environment and drive labour relations excellence across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee complaint cases with focus on disciplinary outcomes.
• Experience managing CBAs and wage scales for seafarers.
• Knowledge of MLC and maritime labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive investigations of complaint cases thoroughly and respectfully.
• Update and develop labour relations processes and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with collective bargaining agreements and laws.
• Draft and optimize standard documents for global marine labour relations.
• Participate in or lead ad hoc compliance projects in Marine People & Culture.
• Benchmark seafarers' wage scales globally.
