Danfoss is seeking a Cost-down Pipeline and ESG Manager to lead a high-impact global agenda at Nordborg, Denmark. The role sits at the intersection of procurement, engineering, and ESG, shaping cost transformation and sustainability across our Controls division (≈€450M spend).

You will drive a structured cost-down pipeline while embedding ESG principles, with a focus on Scope 3 emissions reduction and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic procurement and driving cost-down initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering measurable cost savings at scale.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
• Strong understanding of ESG, sustainability, or decarbonization in supply chains.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing in a global setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 3–4% annual cost reduction pipeline across a €450M spend using data-driven strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of 3 Pipeline Project Managers.
• Standardize cost-down processes, tools, and governance across functions.
• Embed ESG and decarbonization into sourcing, including Scope 3 and CO2 monitoring.
• Drive supplier engagement to build a robust decarbonization and cost-down pipeline.
