Job summary

CIP Fund Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager / Vice President to lead the People Operations & Technology team across a global organization.

You will ensure scalable, data-driven processes and services, while building a team of roughly 5–6 professionals providing high-quality service to employees, managers and stakeholders. With extensive experience in HR Operations and Workday, you will drive continuous improvement, governance, and automation to support global personnel processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-time experience in People/HR Operations
• Experience leading and developing a team (min. ~5 direct reports)
• Workday experience or exposure to module implementation is desirable

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of core People processes and activities
• Lead onboarding, changes, promotions, transfers, compensation and benefits
• Establish governance frameworks and robust operational processes across People
• Own HR systems and data accuracy, ensuring a positive user experience
• Develop People reporting, dashboards and analytics for stakeholders
• Lead annual People processes such as performance reviews and promotions
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows
• Partner with Finance, Technology and other functions for alignment
