Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Global Core HR Process Lead to shape scalable HR processes and the master data framework across Europe and beyond. You will drive Workday-enabled standardisation and partner with PeopleTech and regional teams to ensure global consistency with local compliance.

You will lead initiatives to simplify and digitalise the HR landscape, connecting processes across the Workday and broader HR systems, while guiding master data governance and continuous improvement.

This role is positioned within our People Division HR Centre of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the Global Head of CoE. Working closely with colleagues across the CoE, PeopleTech, Regional HR Service Delivery and Global HR Business Partners, you will help shape scalable and connected global HR processes that support DFDS as we continue to evolve.

Bringing together business understanding and an outside‑in perspective, you will help set the direction for our global HR processes. With Workday as a key enabler, you will drive opportunities to simplify, standardise and digitalise the way we work, while ensuring our processes are scalable across our global organisation.

As The Global Core HR Process Lead, You Will

• Own and continuously improve our global Core HR processes and HR master data framework.
• Drive further digitalisation, standardisation and simplification through Workday.
• Shape the Core HR Workday roadmap together with PeopleTech, including enhancements and future deployments.
• Connect Core HR processes across Workday and the wider People systems landscape.
• Strengthen HR data governance, quality and compliance together with our HR Master Data team.
• Use data and system insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive adoption.
• Partner with Regional HR Service Delivery Heads to balance global consistency with regional and legal requirements.
• Collaborate across the HR CoE to ensure an aligned end‑to‑end employee lifecycle and process landscape.

About You

We want you to help define our collective future and show us the best way forward by leveraging your expertise in HRIS. We imagine you have solid experience working with HRIS in an HR function and are familiar with what this role requires.

You have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent problem‑solving and process analysis abilities, and a proven track record in driving change within an organization.

The position can be based at one of existing locations although it's important that you are willing to travel across the network and visit our HQ in Copenhagen from time to time in order to be fully aligned with the key players you will be working with.
