Job summary

Eurowind Energy A/S seeks a Senior Contract and Warranty Manager to own end-to-end operations contracts for its global wind, solar and BESS portfolio from Hobro. You will manage service, O&M, warranty, insurance and land lease agreements while negotiating and drafting contracts to align with legal and commercial needs.

You will collaborate with Asset Management, Operations, Finance, Legal and country teams to protect contractual rights and create value across markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with contract management, commercial agreements, warranties or claims.
• Experience navigating complex contractual matters across countries.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to turn contractual knowledge into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own contract management for operations contracts, including service, O&M, warranty and related agreements.
• Lead negotiation, drafting and execution of contracts to meet legal and commercial requirements.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and legal risks across the portfolio.
• Manage claims and warranty follow-up with proper escalation and resolution.
