Job summary

Novonesis in Lyngby, Denmark, seeks a lawyer to join its global Legal Compliance team and shape the company’s compliance framework. You will act as a legal business partner influencing decisions with independent judgment, driving strategic compliance initiatives across a global organization.

You’ll work on anti-corruption, sanctions, privacy, AI governance, competition law, and related regulatory topics, coordinating with regions and functions to enable responsible growth while upholding high

Qualifications

Master's degree in Law is required.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in international/company context.
Experience advising on anti-corruption, trade sanctions or legal compliance.
Experience in investigations and contract drafting.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Providing practical, risk-based advice to leaders on compliance dilemmas.
Driving global compliance projects from design through implementation and training.
Providing assessments on regulatory requirements and governance models.
Leading investigations and remediation initiatives.
Building compliance awareness across functions and regions.
Leading and improving the global anti-corruption program.
Collaborating with lines of business and corporate functions.
