Job summary

Nets A/S in Denmark is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join the Compliance Advisory Team in Ballerup. You will provide regulatory guidance to executive management and stakeholders.

In this second line role, you will monitor local regulatory requirements, identify gaps, and support the implementation of new rules to strengthen governance.

The position supports a hybrid work model with international collaboration across Europe. A MSc in Law and 5+ years in compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• MSc in Law or equivalent is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory advisory.
• Experience with financial services regulation in the EU.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory compliance advice to executive management and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and identify regulatory gaps.
• Monitor local regulatory requirements and promote compliance with laws.
• Strengthen governance and compliance practices across the organization.
• Report monitoring results to senior management and the Board.
