Job summary

Novonesis is seeking to shape and govern its global Trade Compliance landscape. You will own the development, implementation and long-term governance of Trade Compliance processes and supporting systems, coordinating across countries and functions to move from local, manual solutions to standardized, system-enabled ways of working.

The role offers hybrid work with Lyngby office presence and travel for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in large international companies across Tax, Operations and multiple countries.
• Experience with global process ownership, governance, and translating regulatory requirements into scalable processes and system solutions.
• Strong understanding of Trade Compliance, including tax, legal and global trade aspects.
• Bachelor or Master degree in International Trade, IT, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, implementation and long-term governance of Novonesis' global Trade Compliance processes and supporting systems.
• Drive the transition from local and manual solutions to standardized global processes and system-supported ways of working.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Finance, Tax, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Master Data, Commercial and IT.
• Support potential implementation of future SAP GTS capabilities.
• Establish and maintain the global Trade Compliance governance model with clear roles, responsibilities and decision-making structures.
• Define, document and own the global Trade Compliance process framework.
• Drive continuous improvement and process maturity across Trade Compliance disciplines.
