Job summary

KHOY, the fast-growing Finnish furniture brand, is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to define international marketing strategy, elevate brand storytelling and build a data-driven growth engine for Europe and the US.

You will lead content, performance marketing, PR, partnerships and ecommerce, align with the CEO, shape the marketing function, manage budgets, and drive sustainable, omnichannel growth while preserving entrepreneurial speed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and scaling consumer brands across markets.
• Strong leadership with ability to translate business goals into marketing strategy.
• Experience in DTC/digital commerce, performance marketing and omnichannel rollout.
• Evidence of linking brand development to commercial performance and growth.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define KHOY's international marketing strategy and positioning across markets.
• Build and lead the brand and demand generation, content, PR, partnerships and ecommerce plans.
• Set priorities, budgets and invest in initiatives with clear ROIs and testing.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth and revenue.
