Job summary

Saxo Bank in Copenhagen is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver first-in-class client experience across individuals and institutions. You will handle a broad array of queries from trading to funding, with onboarding and training provided to grow into the role.

Fluency in English and another language, 1–2 years in a client-facing role, and a service/finance related education are preferred. The position is based at our HQ with opportunities to develop in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for both complex and simple explanations.
• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Knowledge of financial products and markets is preferred.
• Fluent in English and a second language (written and spoken).
• Preferably studying or having education related to service, finance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist clients on a wide product range across asset classes.
• Be the client-facing specialist with knowledge of trading platforms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through global governance.
• Always act in the best interest of clients and Saxo.
• Increase client digital interaction with Saxo.
