Job summary

Saxo Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate for its Client Service team at the Copenhagen HQ. You will provide first-in-class client experience, assisting a diverse clientele from individuals to institutions and handling queries on trading and funding.

You will be onboarded with training to independently assist clients and act as an ambassador for Saxo, delivering best-in-class service and enhancing digital client interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Education related to service, finance, or business.
• Knowledge of the financial industry and products.
• Fluent in Danish and English; a third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist clients on Saxo's broad product range across asset classes.
• Serve as client-facing specialist with knowledge of trading platforms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through global governance.
• Act in the best interest of clients and Saxo.
• Increase client digital interaction with Saxo.
