Job summary

STARK Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead cross-country assortment initiatives within the Group Sourcing team in Copenhagen. You will own projects from planning to implementation, coordinating with Business Units, Category Specialists, suppliers and senior stakeholders across Europe.

Fluent English and a strong commercial mindset are essential, with experience in project, category or assortment management. Some travel to build relationships with suppliers and units is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, category or assortment management, preferably in B2B or retail-related environments.
• Ability to align stakeholders across countries in a matrix organisation.
• Strong communication skills and capability to drive progress from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify assortment synergies and optimisation opportunities across markets.
• Own cross-country assortment projects from planning to implementation.
• Support tenders, negotiations, sales index follow-up and implementation with data analysts and category specialists.
• Support supplier dialogue, performance follow-up and partnership development.
• Facilitate regular alignment and knowledge-sharing across Business Units across countries and functions.
• Moderate category committee meetings with agendas and follow-up.
• Ensure progress on category activities strengthening performance and assortment development across markets.
