FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Denmark is seeking Daytime Operators (Manufacturing Associates) to join its biopharmaceutical production teams in Upstream and Downstream. The role offers a daytime schedule with no 3-shift rotation.

You will handle cGMP documents, batch documentation, in-process sampling, and equipment CiP/SiP, with training provided and opportunities to contribute to process improvements within GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute and revise cGMP documents.
• Complete batch documentation accurately.
• Perform in-process sampling and analytical measurements.
• Execute validation protocols.
• Assemble equipment.
• CiP/SiP of equipment.
• Train new colleagues.
• Report deviations and investigate root causes.
• Contribute to projects like process optimization, SOP updates, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Are you looking for a production role without a 3-shift rotation? Do you prefer daytime work and want the opportunity to work just 7 days over a 14-day period? If so, read on! We’re continuously seeking motivated Daytime Operators (Manufacturing Associates) to join our biopharmaceutical production teams in Upstream and Downstream.

Your tasks (not limited to):

In the position as an operator (we call it “Manufacturing Associate”), you will for instance be able to work on some of the following tasks:

• Execution and revision of cGMP documents
• Handling and completion of batch documentation
• In-process sampling and analytical measurements
• Execution of validation protocols
• Assembling equipment
• CiP/SiP of equipment
• Training new colleagues
• Reporting deviations
• Possibility of being a part of different projects such as process optimization, red lining SOPs, 5S and continuous improvement

Qualifications

We expect from you, that:

• You're the type who double-checks the details and makes sure things don't slip through the cracks
• You don't wait to be asked, but step in when something needs to be done
• You explain things clearly, keep people in the loop, and are quick to pick up new digital tools
• People trust you to do what you say and handle things the right way
• You show up with focus and give it your all - even on the routine stuff
• You are enthusiastic about working under GMP
• You are comfortable with working with the equipment and technology used in processes of production
• You can read and understand work instructions in English

Preferably, you are experienced in pharmaceutical production or regulated industries OR you are a Life Science Graduate ready to start your career in production. It is a plus if you have experience with cGMP, SOPs, chromatography, filtration or fermentation processes.

Schedule & Application

As an operator (Manufacturing Associate) your work will follow below schedule:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday

Furthermore, you will either work on Day 1 (06:00 – 17:04) or Day 2 (07:45 – 18:49).

Note: First four weeks include comprehensive training from 8:00 – 16:00.
