Job summary

ISS is seeking an experienced Global Bid Manager to join our Global Client Solutions and Bid Management team. You will drive end-to-end bid processes for international opportunities, coordinating with sales, technical, legal, finance and operations to deliver high-quality, compelling proposals.

You will lead from qualification through submission, applying best practices in bid writing, reviewing, and storytelling to win strategic pursuits.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years' bid management experience, preferably international.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• APMP or equivalent bid management certification desirable.
• Experience in project management, proposal writing, editing, formatting, and presentation development.
• Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid management for global opportunities from qualification to submission.
• Develop compelling tenders, executive summaries, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate quality reviews to ensure customer-focused, benefits-led proposals.
• Support strategic planning: market intelligence, customer priorities, win strategies, value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, finance, and operations for bespoke submissions.
• Maintain bid content libraries and improve bid management processes.
• Keep CRM bid and customer information up to date.
