Job summary

Collen Construction seeks a meticulous Bid Writer to support preconstruction and bid activities. The role focuses on translating complex delivery strategies into clear, compelling visual narratives that demonstrate how projects will be built stage-by-stage and risk-aware.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, within the preconstruction/bid management team, with responsibilities spanning proposal structure, technical content, and collaborative workshops across European projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree level education equivalent to EQF Level 6 preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to distil complex engineering concepts into plain English for customers.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalise high quality bid responses to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with section owners to develop technical responses and proofread text.
• Organise and facilitate writing workshops with stakeholders.
• Produce high quality graphical response content in collaboration with the graphics team.
• Assist with presentations and supporting documentation for bids.
