Job summary

Dynaway, part of EG, is seeking a Marketing Manager for a maternity-cover fixed-term role based in Ballerup, Denmark. You’ll own Dynaway’s marketing strategy, demand generation, content and partner marketing, reporting to the VP of Marketing, and leading two junior marketers while collaborating across Sales, Product Management and Customer Success.

You’ll drive campaigns across channels, optimize go-to-market messaging, oversee events, and ensure alignment with global EG marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in international B2B marketing (preferably SaaS/enterprise software).
• Hands-on with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation.
• Experience leading or coordinating colleagues, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and own Dynaway's marketing strategy, budget, activities, and KPIs.
• Lead demand generation and integrated campaigns across channels with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee product/content marketing, messaging, and enablement assets.
• Coordinate partner marketing, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Lead and develop two junior marketers and collaborate across EG countries.
