Job summary

Dynaway, part of EG A/S, is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the marketing plan, drive demand generation, and lead content and product marketing efforts from Denmark. The role reports to the VP of Marketing and oversees two junior specialists, within a hybrid international business context.

Based in Ballerup, the position is full-time, fixed-term to cover maternity leave for at least 9 months starting December 1, with opportunities to influence sales pipeline and customer engagement across

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in international B2B marketing, preferably SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation.
• Understanding demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, and partner-led growth.
• Ability to connect marketing activities to commercial outcomes with analytics.
• Experience leading or coordinating colleagues, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Dynaway's marketing strategy, plan, budget, KPIs, and reporting.
• Lead integrated B2B demand gen campaigns across multiple channels.
• Translate product capabilities into clear, commercial messaging and assets.
• Oversee partner and ecosystem marketing activities and joint campaigns.
• Lead events, conferences, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate 2 junior marketing specialists and external partners.
