Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE seeks an experienced Director of Accounting Operations to lead the Shared Service Center (SSC) across multiple entities and geographies. You’ll drive process improvements, implement standardized policies, and scale the function as the company grows toward a public-company standard.

You will manage Revenue, AR, AP, Payroll, and Fixed Assets, partner with external auditors, and build a high-performance team in Copenhagen to support global finance operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in finance operations, shared services, or controllership.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Publicly listed or PE/VC-backed international company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Revenue, AR, AP, Payroll, and Fixed Assets across entities.
• Transform SSC with standardized policies and SLAs.
• Lead and develop the Copenhagen SSC team and plan succession.
