Job summary

Subscribed is seeking a German-speaking Student Community Associate to help grow our brands in Germany. The role is part-time (2-3 days/week) and based at our office in Hvidovre, Denmark, working closely with our CEO, COO and Marketing team.

You will manage customer inquiries, contribute content, assist with campaigns for the German market, and share German market insights to improve products and communications. This is a great chance to gain responsibility in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong writer who can simplify complex topics clearly.
• Keen to create engaging German-language content and comfortable on camera.
• Able to handle inquiries via email, social media, DMs and phone.

Responsibilities

• Customer support & community management across channels (phone, email, social, comments, DMs).
• Content creation to bring Elome’s message to life for German audience.
